The location was fantastic, right in front of the castle and close to all services. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety, including local cold cuts, a highlight. The air conditioning in the room felt outdated was great, and the beds were quite hard.

Breakfast consists only of sweatened things - it looks beautiful but most things are inedible ... but then again most 4-star hotels serve only obesitas food!
The unhealthy breakfast.

Cozy spot in the heart of Ferrara
The location is super convenient, right near the castle! Breakfast was tasty and filling, loved it! One quirky thing was the bathroom setup, standing was kinda tricky because of the sink placement. WiFi was solid too. The bar area was chill for a drink after exploring.

The position of the hotel just in front of the Castle is perfect. The staff is very good and they help you in everything you need. The rooms are quite big.
Just not a good smell when I entered in the room. I think it's for a pipe's problem,

Charming, Charming, Charming
I adored waking up to a fine view of the castle from my room every morning-it reminded me of stepping into a fairy tale! The breakfast was beyond my expectations, with delectable options like fresh fruit, whole-grain bread, and even a tasty scrambled egg station. Plus, the central location made exploring the vibrant piazza and local eateries a total delight.

The location was beautiful with the castle opposite and a vehicle free place to walk to shops, restaurants & cafe's.
No adjacent car-parking. The air-conditioning dripped continuously which awoke me in the mornings even after I closed the system. I heard it throughout the hotel corridor.

bed andbreakfast. food was good but there should have been a cooked breakfast in a 4star hotel. Lighting in bedroom was totally inadequate. piped music at night was too loud and intrusive .Classical music should have been played SOFTLY.

one annoying thing was that the cleaning staff was a bit chatty outside our room in the mornings. the breakfast spread was decent, especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. also, loved the view of the castle from my room. the location was perfect for exploring the old town.

A very contemporary Hotel with a traditional restaurant set in a fantastic location in the centre of the city
The room temperatures are set too high which makes it uncomfortable when you first arrive
